Then, the three-dimensional coordinate system specified by the marks on the outside of the animal's skull or other reference points is used to determine the location of certain neural nuclei under the cerebral cortex, such as the hippocampus, based on the brain localization map of the experimental animal, so as to perform targeted stimulation, destruction, drug injection, guided positioning and other operations on the neural nuclei under non-direct exposure. It can be used to establish animal models of Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, brain tumor models, learning and memory, brain neural stem cell transplantation, cerebral ischemia and other studies.
